FOMA supports Māori across different levels from the whanau, hapu, through to the iwi. Their focus is fostering economic development, with a particular emphasis on land related development in the primary industries of New Zealand. Pacific Economic Development Agency provides independent analysis of policies and programmes that affect the quality of life for Pacific peoples. Its focus is to highlight the opportunities as well as the obstacles facing Pacific peoples. (PBT) - The Pacific Business Trust aims to increase business ownership and economic participation among Pacific peoples in New Zealand. The PBT ensures New Zealanders of Pacific descent who are starting or growing a business, do so with the best support and financial advice available. The trust publishes a newsletter called "Business Pasifika" and runs business club meetings. (TPK) - Te Puni Kōkiri offers services and information to assist in the development of Māori businesses, including Māori business facilitation services, Māori land information base and business Resources, links to other websites and TPK publications useful for Māori businesses.
