What happens next?

Public consultation on this project closed on Friday 22 June 2007.

Works have started at Newmarket (Nuffield Street) and will progress towards Meadowbank.

Auckland City Council and Downer Edi Works are committed to completing the works as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are staging the works in an effort to minimise disruption to road users and nearby businesses and residents.

Completion date is anticipated for end of July 2008, depending on the weather.
