Complaints
ComplaintsAuckland City is always keen to hear feedback from its customers and to listen when we have not done so well. If you wish to make a complaint about service received from Auckland City, staff behaviour or how business has been conducted, please put your complaint in writing and address it to: Customer Services - Complaints A written acknowledgement of your complaint will be sent out within three days of your letter arriving at Auckland City. Further action will then be taken as appropriate to the situation. If you have an urgent complaint or a complaint against a contractor to Auckland City, please contact us on 379 2020 for more information. If you wish to inform the council of work or improvements that need to be done, please use the action request form.
