Otahuhu Town Centre Design Guidelines
The Otahuhu Town Centre Design Guidelines assist in encouraging good design
in the Otahuhu Town Centre. They also give a guide to the general range of
matters council will consider in resource consent applications subject to the
Great South Road Street Façade Control under the Otahuhu design guidelines (Appendix B).
