That pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, Section 317 and the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006, Clause 25.8 and the Land Transport Rule 54002: Traffic Control Devices 2004, Section 2.1, the stopping of vehicles on the following roads or parts of the road is restricted to authorised vehicles as follows:

    3. the loading zone restriction will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.

    2. only buses are entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution at all times;
    3. at all other times, any vehicle is entitled to use the parking place described in this resolution unless otherwise specified;
    4. the times for parking of buses on the parking place specified in this resolution are defined as a maximum time of 120 minutes;
    5. the conditions subject to the parking place will be evidenced by the appropriate signs and markings.
    • Halsey Street, west side, from a point 67.0 metres north of the extended line of the northern kerb line of Gaunt Street and extending north for a distance of 15.5 metres. (Refer area marked 'G2').
    1. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping, loading, or parking of vehicles, special vehicle lanes and cycle paths, made pursuant to clauses 25.8 to 25.18 of the Auckland City Council Bylaw, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoked.
    2. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the STOPPING of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is PROHIBITED and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.
    • Karaka Street, north side, from a point 12.0 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Upper Queen Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 23.0 metres.
    • Karaka Street, east side, from a point 35.0 metres east of the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Upper Queen Street and extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 6.3 metres.
    • Karaka Street, south side, from a point 12.0 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Upper Queen Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 24.0 metres
    1. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping or standing of vehicles, made pursuant to Part 25 - Traffic, Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, and Part 25 Traffic (2006), Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoked.
    2. C. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

    1. That pursuant to clause 25.8 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended) and the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, the STOPPING of any vehicle on the road or part of road described in this resolution is PROHIBITED and will be evidenced by the appropriate road markings.
    • Karaka Street, north side, from the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Upper Queen Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 12.0 metres.
    • Karaka Street, south side, from the extended line of the eastern kerb line of Upper Queen Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 12.0 metres.
    • Upper Queen Street, east side, from the extended line of the northern kerb line of Karaka Street and extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 21.5 metres
    • Upper Queen Street, east side, from the extended line of the southern kerb line of Karaka Street and extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 6.5 metres
    1. That all previous resolutions of Auckland City Council pertaining to stopping or standing of vehicles, made pursuant to Part 25 - Traffic, Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, and Part 25 Traffic (2006), Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998 (as amended), in the areas described in this resolution be revoked.
    2. That this resolution will take effect when the traffic control devices that evidence the restrictions described in this resolution are in place.

    • the piece of land, length of road or building described in this resolution is specified to be a parking place;
    • the manner of parking of any vehicle on the parking place specified in this resolution is defined as parking only at an angle to the direction of roadway.
    • Ellis Avenue, east side, from a point 16.0 metres south of the extended line of the southern kerb line of Subritzky Avenue, and extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 44.0 metres. (Refer to area marked 'B1')
    1.     1. That pursuant to clause 25.17 of the Auckland City Consolidated Bylaw 1998, Part 25 Traffic 2006 (as amended),
    1. the road or part of road described in this resolution is specified as the location of a special vehicle lane between the hours of 7am to 9am Monday to Friday;
    2. the use of the special vehicle lane specified in this resolution is restricted to buses, cycles, mopeds and motorcycles (unless one or more are specified on this resolution as excluded);
    3. the special vehicle lanes described in this resolution will be evidenced by appropriate signs and markings.
    • Main Highway, south side, from a point 200.0 metres east of the extended line of the southern kerb line of Great South Road and extending west for a distance of 137.0 metres. (Refer area marked 'A1')
