Please note: The report is only available in electronic format and is only available by using this online service. You need to be able to identify the specific address, so it would help if you also know the legal description or certificate of title (CT) of the property.

Order online and pay by credit card
You will need credit card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club you need to search by the address the application is for. You will need to be able to identify the specific address so it would help if you also know the legal description or certificate of title (CT) of the property. The online session will expire after 20 minutes so make sure you have everything you need before you start. Instructions you will be presented with a series of screens where you will find step by step instructions as you go through the request process - use the help content located in menu option Other >> Help, if you need more detailed assistance at the end you will be given a reference number. Receipts for online requests are not available, however you can either print the screen or note down the details for future reference close the browser window when you are finished. When using the service we recommend that you use the navigation buttons provided within the screens. Use of the 'enter' key in some screens may have unexpected results. Electronic delivery Once you have submitted your request, we will send you an email with a link to our website from where you can download your map in PDF format. You will have 14 days to download and print the map. If you have not received the email link and it has been more than an hour since you submitted your request, please phone us on (09) 379 1344 for further assistance. Due to the length of the url or your individual screen settings, the email link may wrap around to the next line making it invalid. Check that the file extension at the end of the web address is included in the same line and is therefore part of the link. The building consents report should include all building records held for the property you have selected. Approved	the consent has been approved and is ready for collection

BC issued	the consent has been issued to the applicant

BCC interim	interim code compliance certificate issued

On hold	the application is awaiting further information

Cancelled	the application has been cancelled by Auckland City

CCC issued	code compliance certificate issued

CCH	an application for a code compliance certificate is on hold until Auckland City receives further information

CCP	an application for a code compliance certificate is being processed

CCC withdrawn	code compliance certificate has been withdrawn

Declined	the application has been declined

Lapsed	work was not started within the timeframe for the consent and it has lapsed

Pending	application received by Auckland City but not checked for acceptance as yet

PIM complete	project information memorandum prepared and ready for collection

PIM issued	project information memorandum issued

Processing	the application is being processed

Safe/Sant issue	safe and sanitary report accepted

Withdrawn	the application has been withdrawn by the customer
