in progress within a 100m radius of your site, as well as any licensed activity
such as liquor licences, brothel licences, street trading licences, etc.

Please note: This report is only available by ordering online.
Zoning maps are included for all properties, except those in the Auckland CBD or
on Waiheke Island. Reports are not available for other Hauraki Gulf islands.

| What you can order |
The online request can be used to order a neighbourhood
report for properties within Auckland
City's boundaries.
These are the Auckland isthmus - the Waitemata Harbour to the
north, the Tamaki River to the east, the suburb of Otahuhu to the south
and the suburbs of Avondale and Blockhouse Bay and the Manukau Harbour to
the west.
Please note: The report is only available in electronic format and is only available by using this online service.
Reports are not available for the Auckland CBD and the Hauraki Gulf Islands.

- credit card or account customer details
- you need to search by the address the request is for. You will
need to be able to identify the specific address so it would help if you
also know the legal description or certificate of title (CT) of the
property.
The online session will expire after 20 minutes so make sure you
have everything you need before you start.

- you will be presented with a series of screens where you will find
step by step instructions as you go through the request process -
use the Help content located in menu option Other >> Help,
if you need more detailed assistance
- at the end you will be given a reference number. Receipts for online
requests are not available, however you can either print the
screen or note down the details for future reference
- close the browser window when you are finished.
When using the service we recommend that you use the navigation buttons
provided within the screens. Use of the 'enter' key in some screens
may have unexpected results. |
| Electronic delivery |
Once you have submitted your request, we will send you an email with a link to our website from where you can download your
report in PDF format. You will have 14 days to download and print the report.
Due to the length of the url or your individual screen settings, the email link
may wrap around to the next line making it invalid. Check that the file
extension at the end of the web address is included in the same line and is
therefore part of the link.
We recommend you print the neighbourhood report in colour so that
maps can be read easily.

Details in the report
The neighbourhood report will give you the following information
for properties within a 100m radius of your site:
Consents
- building consents are provided for three years (from date of approval)
- planning-related resource consents for the past five years
- subdivision resource consents are provided for the past eight years
- engineering consents.
Please note that this report does not include project information memoranda (PIMs),
consents where work has been completed or applications that have been
withdrawn by the customer.
Licences
- street trading licences
- liquor licences for club licences, off licences and on licences for the
past three years
- special liquor licences for the past twelve months
- environmental health licences, including
- amusement gallery licences
- brothel licences
- camping ground licences
- dangerous goods licences
- food premises licences
- food stall certificates
- hairdresser licences
- health protection licences
- mortuary licences
Please note that temporary liquor licence applications and licence
applications that have been cancelled, closed, declined or withdrawn are also
excluded from this report.
