online service is for payments of property rates.

You can
make the payment online once you have received your rates notice. *

 You will need
- your rates assessment number. You will find this number in your rates
notice.
- your credit card details - Visa and MasterCard only.
Instructions
- * please enter all numbers, including zeros, from the
assessment number in your rates notice
- a convenience fee of 2.10 per cent per
transaction will apply (or minimum of $3.50 per transaction)
- you will find step by step instructions as you go through the payment
process
- when using the service we recommend that you use the navigation
buttons provided within the screens. Use of the 'enter' key in
some screens may have unexpected results.

- close the browser window when you are finished.

What's next
At the end you will be given a reference number. Receipts for
online payments are not available, however you can either print the
screen or note down the details for future reference. Phone us on (09) 379-1344 or email
us if you have any problems.
Note - Transactions made after 10.30pm New Zealand time will be
processed by Auckland City Council on the following business day.
