Background
Auckland City Council and the Eden Albert Community Board are developing the site at 52-60 Owairaka
Avenue, Mt Albert as a park.
This will create a community gathering place with a variety of areas with opportunities for a diverse range of recreational activities.
The council approved the allocation of the $1.645 million for this development.
