Private drainage plans

Auckland City holds drainage plans for most Auckland city properties. The plans will help you identify where on your property the following are located

• private drainage lines
• irrigation fields
• septic tank lines

To view and purchase plans, visit the relevant service centre.

Public drainage plans

Public drainage plans are held for properties in the Auckland isthmus only.

To purchase plans:

Order online

Order online and pay by credit card. The public drainage plan costs $22. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Visit a service centre

Plans are available for viewing and purchase by visiting 35 Graham Street, Auckland Central. There is a $22.00 information charge per site viewed. A copy of the plan is included in the information charge.

Contact us to order plans over the phone and pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Combined contours, public drainage and water services maps

Auckland City can provide a map detailing contours, public drainage and water services. The plans will help you

• understand the landform and flows
• identify any pipe restrictions the area may have.

Maps cost $42.

These combined maps are not available for properties in the Hauraki Gulf Islands.
