News in brief: Orakei Point

A scale model of the proposed development of Orakei Point, along with plans
and other visual materials, will be on display for public inspection in the
lead-up to the proposed public plan change for the sites involved. Public open
days will take place next weekend, 7-8 November at Pinot, 231 Orakei Road,
between 10am and 3pm.
Council planning officers and representatives from the developer will be on
hand to answer questions about the master plan, the plan change process and to
give advice on how to make a submission.
